disabled, 8/ promotion of the county through the creation and running of a Regional Information Center, 9/ creating spacial planning for an, up till now, unused castle complex of the Order of St John, which is wasting away.

Library  The library building is created from 21 container modules inserted into the castle walls, while being completely independent of them. A module construction, whose main advantage is that it is a cheap solution, fast and easy to put together as well as being flexible. This allows the constructuin of further elements incase a larger space is required. It will allow for conservationist work to be carried out at the castle. If funds are found in the future for its renovation, the modules can be taken out without any problem to be further recycled, and the library moved to the renovated castle.
